Hal Moses – We have some very large obstacles that we must hurdle. Job’s, war, education, taxes just to name a few – but, politics aside I believe that the economy will improve albeit slowly and with the help from everyone - rich, middle class and poor!
The Ollocal Interview – Well, after that last question, it would be remiss of me if I did not ask whether you would be hiring any new employees in the coming year.
Hal Moses – Well, the short answer is “yes” we are always looking for talented employees. However, like many employers in today’s environment, it is vital that we choose the right candidate because it is very difficult to recover from a bad hire.

Hal Moses – I’m fortunate enough to live close to work with easy access to the schools, the Taconic, and shopping. It is perfect for my lifestyle.
The Ollocal Interview - It’s your last day on earth, what would your final meal be?
Hal Moses – Wow, this is the most difficult question. The final meal must be my choice to have Sushi, Indian and Italian. No, order just a plate and a smile.

Hal Moses - On my day off, I start with 8:30 AM basketball, afterwards I check in with the family or friends for the first meal of the day, walk the dog, couple of hrs of work then get ready for the next meal while enjoying some time with the family.
