The Ollocal Interview - You run an Extended Auto Warranty company. What exactly does your company do?

The Ollocal Interview – Briefly and without being political, do you feel our local economy will grow in the next 18 months or decline?
Hal Moses – We have some very large obstacles that we must hurdle. Jobs, war, education, and taxes, to name a few – politics aside, I believe that the economy will improve, albeit slowly, and with the help of everyone - wealthy, middle class, and poor!
The Ollocal Interview – Well, after that last question, it would be remiss of me if I did not ask whether you would be hiring any new employees in the coming year.
Hal Moses – Well, the short answer is yes. We are always looking for talented employees. However, like many employers in today’s environment, we must choose the right candidate because it is very difficult to recover from a bad hire.
The Ollocal Interview - Why did you choose Yorktown to establish your business?
Hal Moses – I’m fortunate enough to live close to work with easy access to the schools, the Taconic, and shopping. It is perfect for my lifestyle.
The Ollocal Interview - What is your one guilty pleasure?
Hal Moses - My one guilty pleasure is food!
The Ollocal Interview - It is your last day on earth, what would your final meal be?
Hal Moses – Wow, this is the most difficult question. The final meal must include Sushi, Indian, and Italian. No special order, just a plate and a smile.

The Ollocal Interview – It is your day off, what do you do for fun?
Hal Moses - On my day off, I start with 8:30 AM basketball, afterwards I check in with the family or friends for the first meal of the day, walk the dog, a couple of hrs of work, then get ready for the next meal while enjoying some time with the family.
